Transformation Resource Centre is commissioned as an implementing partner for the Participatory Initiative for Social Accountability (PISA Project ) which sets out to empower citizens to demand and exercise their rights and to fulfill their responsibilities through avenues such as civic education while at the same time equipping and motivates them to participate in dialogue platforms and community responses.

To date, the Pisa project implementation has been effected at the Urban councils of Thaba Tseka, Mokhotlong as well as at the Khutlo Se-Metsi and Likolobeng Community Councils. Plans are underway to extend to more remote councils of Lesotho.
