Workshop on Long-term (2010-2012) Planning Workshop on future Based
rehabilitation in Lesotho

Human rights officer attended a planning workshop organised by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare through the Rehabilitation Unit. The aim of the workshop was to agree on the way ahead for the future CBR- Programme in Lesotho, and to discuss the main activities, results, objectives and goal for the next long term period. For this programme the main focus was on the 3 first years.

The longterm was based on inputs from recent studies/ reviews and plans in addition to inputs from key stakeholders participating in this long term planning workshop. The findings and recommendations from recent studies and plans were presented during the workshop. TRC role in this workshop was mainly to assist in the plan of activities for the human rights education.
